Dawgman: After initially signing with the San Francisco 49ers, former Washington running back star Salvon Ahmed was cut by the 49ers on Tuesday. But he didn’t stay cut for long as the Miami Dolphins claimed Ahmed through waivers on Wednesday. Now the only question is, how long will it take before Ahmed and current Dolphins RB Myles Gaskin set up a time and place to see who is the fastest. In the one season at Washington where the two were the primary ballcarriers for the Huskies (2018), they combined for 1989 yards and 19 rushing touchdowns.
