By Zack Pearson, Trojans Wire: A 12-team College Football Playoff involves scheduling changes which would have a ripple effect on the bowls.
A 12-team plan would mean four first-round games followed by four quarterfinals, two semifinals, and a championship game. All told, that’s 11 playoff games.
