Utah’s Whittingham elated with newcomers joining program

Deseret News: February’s national signing day has changed dramatically over the years, dating back to 2017, when the early signing period was implemented.

Utah, for example, signed 17 players last December, and has added some impressive transfers from Power Five conferences since. But on the first Wednesday of February 2021, the Utes didn’t have any new signees.
