By Hunter Shelton Rivals On3: Sacramento Archbishop Riordan four-star interior offensive lineman Tommy Tofi has decommitted from Cal, he announced on Monday via social media.
The 6-foot-6.5, 340-pounder announced a surprise pledge to the Bears on June 3, but he’s now back on the board amidst a heavy push from Oregon.
Tofi is the No. 145 overall prospect and No. 8 IOL in the 2026 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He’s also the No. 17 player in California.
