Duck Territory: Another Top247 recruit has opted to join Oregon’s terrific 2021 recruiting class as Raleigh (NC) Sanderson linebacker Jabril McNeill announced his plans Monday afternoon to play for the Ducks during a broadcast on CBS Sports HQ. The defending Pac 12 champs beat out NC State among many others for McNeill’s pledge.
