Survey: Only 8% of student-athletes say NIL is a ‘locker room problem’

High-profile football figures like Alabama legend Nick Saban and Ole Miss coach Lane Kiffin worried out loud that a landscape that features high-profile recruits, transfers, or even players buried on the depth chart making more money through NIL deals than established stars could destroy a locker room.

A survey of more than 1,000 student-athletes and 400 Division I football players indicates NIL hasn’t rifts or tensions inside locker rooms.
