247Sports: ESPN has filed a lawsuit against the Arizona Board or Regents, seeking Arizona to release the Notice of Allegations it received from the NCAA back in October, according to a report from Tucson.com. The news outlet received the news by searching Courthouse News.
The report states that ESPN is seeking for the University to provide access to the Notice of Allegations and to reimburse, “reasonable,” legal fees after previous attempts to access the information were turned down.
