Glancing at 247Sports’ top-rated transfer class rankings, Colorado is the headliner with a completely revamped roster, followed by USC and LSU. First-year Auburn coach Hugh Freeze has made tremendous personnel enhancements through the portal, along with Oklahoma and Florida State.
