By Greg Witter, CougFan: The college football transfer portal doesn’t open until Dec. 4, but that hasn’t stopped emissaries from other schools from tampering. Washington State athletic director Pat Chun alluded to it in a panel discussion Wednesday at the CougsFirst! event in Spokane and Cougar third-year strong safety Jaden Hicks confirmed it.
“They (emissaries for other schools) haven’t come to me directly but they have come to my dad,” he told Cougfan.com in an interview shortly after the panel concluded.
