By Barry Bolton, CougFan.com: A day after what assuredly had to be the most chaotic day in the nearly 90-year history of the Sun Bowl, Washington State athletic director Pat Chun quipped Tuesday to reporters in El Paso that the day marked a return to normalcy and “for Washington State and the year we had, a normal day is good day for us.”
Later, in response to a question about the team deserving a happy ending, Chun made clear that these Cougars hold as special place in his heart and likely, too, in the heart of all Cougar fans.
