Washington State safety Skyler Thomas enters transfer portal

CougFan.com: Washington State safety Skyler Thomas a two-year starter and fifth-year senior, announced on Twitter he has put his name into the transfer portal. A transfer’s options to play immediately, however, are in question.

There has not been any official NCAA release on immediate eligibility for transfers from the Pac-12 or Big Ten … but Lane Kiffin at Ole Miss in an article in the Alford Daily Journal on Monday was quoted as saying the NCAA will NOT grant immediate eligibility to players who transfer from Pac-12 or Big Ten to another Power 5/FBS school.
