By Jake Seymour, SunDevil Source: Arizona State debuted at No. 21 in the College Football Playoff rankings after it defeated then-No. 16 Kansas State in Manhattan Kansas, marking its first appearance since 2014.
The Sun Devils, who were also ranked No. 21 in the AP Top 25 poll on Sunday, are preparing for No. 14 BYU for a Saturday afternoon tilt. The university announced the game — the first time a ranked ASU squad will play another ranked program at home since 2014 when it played Notre Dame — is sold out.
