By Matt Zemek, Trojans Wire: It happened. Reggie Bush is getting back the 2005 Heisman Trophy he earned on the field at USC. Trojan fans have been waiting for this day. They hoped it would happen but weren’t entirely sure it would actually become reality. Now that it is a fact, USC fans are elated. There is a widespread yet very deep sense that something important has been restored.
This is a victory for fairness and the simple concept that Reggie Bush was always the most outstanding college football player in the United States in 2005.
