By Brandon Huffman, 247Sports: The NCAA Football Oversight Committee is expected to introduce new “non-controversial legislation” to the Division I Council next month, according to a report this week by Pete Thamel.
A pitch for changes to the calendar and other factors involving recruiting is expected to be introduced within the next two weeks, Thamel explained.
