247Sports: Oregon left tackle Penei Sewell emerged as one of the best players in the entire country in 2019 during his sophomore season. Had he been draft eligible this year, there’s certainly a case to be made that he would have been a top-five pick. With the Pac-12 postponing its football season until the spring, it’s likely we’ve seen the last of him at the collegiate level.
