Pac-12 looking into scheduling options for hoops, but no bubbles

Duck Territory: College basketball in the Pac-12 could be played at an earlier date than January 1st, but as the talk of college basketball bubbles grows, the Pac-12 isn’t interested in creating a bubble for its teams to compete in. Instead, the league is looking into other pathways to play.

“The idea of student-athletes being in a bubble doesn’t resonate well with our university leaders,” said Larry Scott. “When I think of a bubble, I think of what the NBA is doing in Orlando. We’ve said from the beginning we don’t think it would be appropriate.”
