247Sports: Players in the Pac-12 Conference have recently come forward with a list of demands for the conference to ensure safe play this season. However, it appears those demands are not being received very well by the conference itself. A report from the New York Times on Saturday detailed some issues.
According to the report, Pac-12 Commissioner Larry Scott held a Zoom meeting with a group of the Pac-12 players that are threatening to sit out the season. But the meeting did not go well after Scott described the Pac-12 players’, “#WeAreUnited,” movement as a, “misguided P.R. stunt.”
