Four-star point guard Richard Isaacs Jr includes ASU in his Top Four

By Eric Bossi, 247Sports: A 6-foot-2 floor general who ranks No. 32 overall in his class, Isaacs has returned to Henderson (Nev.) Coronado for his senior season and is down to Arizona State, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech and UNLV.
