Former USC asst. Todd McNair to get new trial in defamation case vs. NCAA

ESPN: A California Court of Appeals on Friday affirmed a lower court’s order for a new trial in former USC assistant coach Todd McNair’s long-standing defamation lawsuit against the NCAA, which found that he violated ethical conduct rules during its investigation into whether former Trojans star Reggie Bush received improper benefits while playing in college.
