By Jay Drew, Deseret News: Having grown up in New Orleans, and the southeast Texas region before playing junior college football in Kansas and then major college football at Oklahoma State in Stillwater, towering offensive lineman Caleb Etienne finds himself getting used to a lot of new sights, sounds and people in Provo these days.
“I am really enjoying it,” says one of the BYU football program’s newest additions, a 6-foot-7, 325-pound gentle giant who, in a shock to some, landed on coach Kalani Sitake’s team in April with virtually no ties to BYU.
