By Brad Crawford, 247Sports: College football officials are meeting at the end of February to discuss the potential adoption of a two-minute warning during the 2024 season, NCAA coordinator of officials Steve Shaw confirmed to The Athletic this week.
The most significant rule change last fall was the clock continuing to run after first downs unless chains move inside the final two minutes of play of the first or second half.
