OregonLive: Sam Noyer’s mind must be blown. I mean, in the best of ways, of course.
He was recruited as a senior at Beaverton High by Colorado University football coach Mike Macintyre. Then, Mac got fired. Then came his replacement, Mel Tucker, who told Noyer he’d have to switch sides of the ball and play safety if he wanted to get on the field.
