By Michelle Bodkin, KSL Sports: Utah football has been waiting for approval from the same doctor for starting quarterback Cam Rising and tight end Brant Kuithe to return to play.
The process has taken longer than anyone expected, and it’s not exactly known what the doctor is looking for in order to give final clearance to play for the Utes’ star players.
