By Brett McMurphy, Action Network: While I take a break from ordering a new “sissy blue shirt” in honor of UCLA’s win over LSU, it’s that time of the week to roll out my updated college football bowl projections.

The biggest differences in my projections from last week involve UCLA and Notre Dame. The Bruins — and their sissy blue shirts — are now my pick to represent the Pac-12 in the Rose Bowl.
