Several weeks after the Big Ten and Pac-12 Conferences announced that they would be implementing conference-only schedules for all fall sports in 2020, the Atlantic Coast Conference is the lasted Power 5 conference to make modifications to its fall sports calendar due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The ACC announced on Wednesday that it will be adopting a 10+1 “model” for the 2020 college football season, with member institutions playing 10 conference games in addition to one non-conference opponent of their choosing.
