4-star USC hoops commit Reese Waters enrolls early, immediately eligible

Conquest Chronicles: It’s official for the USC Trojans, Reese Waters is in. He’s enrolled early and will be eligible immediately to play for the Trojans on the hard court.

This is great news for the Trojans, and as Reese himself put it, he just wants to win.
