Sporting News’ annual top 25 quarterback rankings traditionally opens with the Heisman winner, and this year is no exception. USC’s Caleb Williams is the top quarterback. We had Williams at No. 3 to start last season behind Bryce Young and C.J. Stroud – who went on to be the top two picks in the 2023 NFL Draft.
