By Charlie Strella, Buffaloes Wire: Under Deion Sanders, the Colorado Buffaloes have rebuilt their roster each offseason through the transfer portal. It’s the new way to build a roster in college football, placing greater emphasis on current production than on internal development.
That new philosophy has completely changed the average age of college football rosters, with most now slightly older since the transfer portal’s implementation. Considering Colorado added 40-plus transfers this offseason, are the Buffs an old or young team?
