By Barkley Truax, On3 Sports: Former Penn State wide receiver Omari Evans has committed to Washington, he tells On3’s Hayes Fawcett.
Evans was a starter for the Nittany Lions in 2024 and caught 21 passes for 415 yards and five touchdowns during the 2024 season. He will have one year of eligibility to play for the Huskies and chose Washington over Tennessee, Texas Tech and Syracuse.
Most recently, Evans was impactful in both the Big Ten Championship game vs. Oregon, and again in the Fiesta Bowl vs. Boise State this past season
