By Jamey Vinnick, CougFan: Gardner Minshew cashed in big time with the former Washington State quarterback agreeing to terms with the Las Vegas Raiders on Monday, as first reported by Ian Rapoport of NFL.com. Tom Pelissero added to the report that Minshew agreed to a two-year deal worth $25 million, with $15 million guaranteed.
The real kicker for Minshew is that he is going to have a legitimate opportunity to start.
