Bear Territory: The California Golden Bears returned to the field Wednesday for the first of their 15 spring practices. However, one former Cal starter who was absent in 2020 remains away from the team and will not return. Senior outside linebacker Tevin Paul was announced as “moving on” and will not be on the 2021 roster.
