Bear Territory: The four Pac-12 football programs California had to battle local and state COVID-19 regulations in order to return to the field. Stanford, UCLA and USC all were able to get by those regulations, but Cal was still fighting to get clearance to practice in 75-player groups — until today.
According to Jon Wilner, Cal received the green light to go ahead with practice. It marks the final team in the conference to get the OK.
