It was another good week for several former SuperWest players.
Each week I highlight the Top 10 performances of West Coast school alums in our coverage footprint.
Here are my choices for Week 10.
Top 10 NFL Performers
1. Devin Lloyd, LB, Jaguars/Utah
The former Ute collected 16 tackles in the Jags loss to Minnesota.
The tackles and nine unassisted stops were both career highs for the third-year linebacker.
2. Daiyan Henley, LB, Chargers/Washington State
Matched his career-high with 14 combined tackles for the second week in a row.
Ten of his stops were unassisted and he added a pressure of Will Levis in the LA win over Tennessee.
3. Jahlani Tavai, OLB, Patriots/Hawai’i
The former Rainbow Warrior has now put together consecutive solid weeks leading the Patriots in tackles in their win over the Bears.
The linebacker had nine total tackles to go along with a sack and a QB pressure in Week 10.
4. Budda Baker, S, Cardinals/Washington
Baker is becoming a stalwart on this list. Once again, he had a solid week to lead the resurgent Cardinals defense.
The former Husky finished the day with nine total tackles—six of them solo and a sack as Arizona shut down the Jets.
5. Bo Nix, QB, Broncos/Oregon
Nix and the Broncos nearly pulled off the upset of the Chiefs, but ultimately fell 16-14 after missing a last-second field goal.
Nix completed 73.3% of his passes with two touchdowns. 14 of his 22 completions netted a first down or TD and picked 215 of his 229 intended air yards during the game.
6. Bucky Irving, RB, Buccaneers/Oregon
Irving matched his career high in scrimmage touches in the Bucs overtime loss to the 49ers.
The former Duck produced when called upon, finishing up with 87 total yards on 13 carries and three receptions finding the endzone once.
Six of his 16 touches resulted in a first down or touchdown.
7. Drake London, WR, Falcons/USC
The former USC wideout continues to have his best season as a pro.
In Week 10 he caught eight balls on 12 targets for 97 yards in Atlanta’s loss to the Saints.
8. Josh Allen, QB, Bills/Wyoming
Josh Allen totaled 330 yards (280 passing, 50 rushing) with a rushing touchdown in the Bills’ 30-20 win at Indianapolis.
The former Wyoming QB picked up his 71st career regular-season win, tied for the fourth most in NFL history by a QB in his first seven seasons.
9. Keenan Allen, WR, Bears/Cal
Keenan Allen had five receptions for 44 yards and now has 930 receptions in 146 career games.
With that total, he surpassed Antonio Brown (928 receptions) for the most receptions by a player in his first 150 career games in NFL history.
10. Taylor Rapp, DB, Bills/Washington
Rapp had seven tackles and an interception in the Bills win over the Colts.
For the former Husky, it was his first interception of the season and the 11th of his career.
