CougFan: Luke Falk, the all-time Pac-12 passing leader, is headed to the Canadian Football League. “I wanted to go where I had an opportunity to keep playing and they gave me that shot. Very grateful,” Falk told CF.C via text message. The former Washington State star quarterback signed with Saskatchewan, the Roughriders announced Friday.
