Deseret News: The Utah football team will be the recipient of an in-state player who has been in the transfer portal.
On Friday, former Utah State linebacker/defensive end Elijah Shelton announced via Twitter that he has committed to the Utes after announcing on Jan. 13 that he was entering the portal.
