Arizona State starting QB Sam Leavitt listed as doubtful to play at Utah

By Chris Karpman, SunDevil Source: Sophomore quarterback Sam Leavitt was listed by Arizona State as doubtful to play against Utah in a Wednesday availability report published on the Big 12’s official website.

Leavitt is unlikely to play against the Utes due to an unspecified injury, people familiar with the development told Sun Devil Source. Senior quarterback Jeff Sims is expected to start in Leavitt’s place unless Leavitt’s status improves before Saturday.
