By Ryan Young, Yahoo Sports: Scott Frost is thrilled to be back at UCF, and he’s not holding back in describing how bad of a run he had working for his alma mater.

Frost, who received a five-year deal to return and lead the Knights in December, ripped his time at Nebraska on Tuesday at the Big 12’s media days. Frost, who was fired from Nebraska just three games into the 2022 campaign, said there was one very clear thing he learned from his time with the Cornhuskers.
