By Jack Freeman, Buffaloes Wire: Colorado football head coach Deion Sanders put the Buffaloes back on the national stage, thanks in part to the big names he’s been able to bring to Boulder.
However, not every addition will be a 5-star, and the Buffaloes are gaining depth with the commitment of Kyle Carpenter. Carpenter, a multisport athlete, played football and basketball at Buford High School, one of the top high schools in Georgia. He only played varsity football for two seasons, primarily in backup roles.
