Dawgman: With spring football just around the corner, Washington head coach Jimmy Lake has been hard at work filling out his coaching staff, both on and off the field. Back in January, he announced promotion of Bob Gregory to the defensive coordinator position and the move of Ikaika Malloe to outside linebackers and the hiring of Rip Rowan, who was already on the staff as a defensive analyst, as the new defensive line coach.
