Tad Boyle adds basketball great Danny Manning to Colorado staff

By Brian Howell, BuffStampede: Colorado has filled the hole in its men’s basketball coaching staff by hiring hall of famer and former national player of the year Danny Manning.

CU and head coach Tad Boyle announced the hiring of Manning on Tuesday morning.

Boyle and Manning were teammates for one year at Kansas in 1984-85; Boyle was a senior and Manning a freshman.
