The Bootleg: Monday was a big day for college football as teams moved into the 20-hour-a-week phase of team activities. So what are the Cardinal up to? Basically the week breaks down thusly: Right now Stanford Football is allowed up to eight hours of strength and conditioning and film per week, plus an hour walk-through and an hour of daily team meetings. They are not allowed to be in pads or shells prior to training camp beginning.
