By Barry Bolton, CougFan: Washington State’s tickets sales at home football games dropped 29 percent in the just-completed 2024 season compared with the 2023 campaign, WSU records show.
Revenue from tickets plummeted $1.7 million, going from $5.88 million in 2023 to $4.19 million in 2024, according to data WSU athletics included in its recent request for bids on multimedia rights for football, men’s and women’s basketball, and baseball.
