Nevada athletics posts record 2025 budget after enhanced university support

By Chris Murray, Nevada Sports Net: With enhanced financial support from the university, the Nevada athletic department posted a record budget for the 2025 fiscal year, reporting a profit of nearly $1 million that will be returned to the school.

Nevada Sports Net obtained the Wolf Pack’s 2025 fiscal year financial report through a public records request, which shows the Wolf Pack produced $57,753,809 in expenses against $58,681,959 in revenue. That marks the largest budget in program history, an increase of $3.838 million over last fiscal year and a two-year increase of $8.243 million. Much of this growth has come from increased university funds.
