The Pac-12 has four teams in the AP Top 10 with (in order) USC, Washington, Oregon, and Utah making up the 7-10 slots.

Washington State is No. 16 and Oregon State fell to No. 19 after the loss in Pullman.

Through four weeks, Washington has been the most dominant team week after week—but the League still feels wide open.

On today’s episode of Locked On Pac-12, I’m joined by Roman Tomashoff of ‘Locked On Huskies’ to power rank the Pac-12 right now.

If QB Cam Rising returns for Utah, the top four teams feel rather interchangeable, given the talent they’ve put on display so far.

The bottom half of the Pac-12 has a couple of quality teams that can make bowl games this year, but the very bottom teams are in for rough 2023 campaigns.

Plus, we discuss Michael Penix Jr. now being the betting favorite to win the Heisman Trophy.
