Florida State’s legal pursuits against the ACC continue, with two recent aspects of their objections to the league and its grant of rights coming into the fold.
The moves appear somewhat small and could reflect the Seminoles’ desire to reach a settlement with the ACC in a timely manner.
On today’s episode of Locked On College Football, I also talk about Nick Saban talking to Congress about College Football on Capitol Hill.
Saban’s involvement with the future of the sport should only mean good news.
The Mountain West is, along with the American Athletic Conference (AAC), the most likely league to get a team into the 12-team Playoff in 2024—at least on paper.
The league’s schedule with tough nonconference games may make the path for a team like Boise State or Fresno State tougher to go 10-2 or better in the regular season.
