Local 4-star RB Jayden Limar addresses exclusion of Washington from top nine

Limar named a top nine of, alphabetically, Arizona, Louisville, Miami, Michigan, Notre Dame, Oregon, Texas A&M, UCLA and Washington State. Missing from that list, in what was a surprise to many, was Washington.
