By Matt Howe, 247Sports: Texas Tech quarterback Tyler Shough is one of the country’s top quarterback transfers after spending the previous two seasons with the Oregon Ducks. A former 247Sports Composite four-star recruit, Shough was the No. 7 ranked pro-style quarterback in the recruiting class of 2018. In two seasons and 11 games at Oregon, Shough completed 64.8% of his passes for 1,703 yards with 16 touchdowns and six interceptions. The bulk of those statistics came in seven games last season for the Ducks when Shough was the full-time starter.
