Colorado guard Mason Faulkner leaving Boulder to be closer to home

By BuffStampede Staff: Mason Faulkner will not play out his college eligibility in Boulder after all. The 6-foot-1 guard joined the Buffaloes as a graduate transfer from Western Kentucky in June, but he has decided to head closer to home.

“I’d like to thank (head) coach (Tad) Boyle and the rest of the Colorado staff for all they have done,” Faulkner wrote in an Instagram post.
