247Sports: Snoqualmie (Wash.) Mount Si quarterback Clay Millen has opened up his recruitment.
“I’m opening up my recruitment and de-committing from Arizona,” said Millen.
It wasn’t a complete shock for Millen to open things up- he had committed to Kevin Sumlin and Noel Mazzone back in June.
