By Travis Branham, Sun Devil Source: Four-star 2026 combo guard JRob Croy is flipping his commitment from Saint Mary’s to Arizona State, he tells 247Sports. Croy is following former Gaels coach Randy Bennett to Tempe after Bennett was announced as the next head coach of the Sun Devils on Monday.
“My loyalty is definitely with Coach Bennett,” Croy said of his decision to follow the former St. Mary’s head coach. “The opportunity to go play in the Big 12 and do it at a place that hasn’t been successful recently is super exciting. We can do something that’s really cool. We can turn this program around. I’m super excited. It’s a great challenge.”
